I had lap band but my story is NOT what you are looking for. It has been a great experience for me and it is NOT for everyone. It is a personal decision that someone has to make. I am pretty sure that there are people who didn’t use the tool that was given to them the way it was intended and I am sure that there is about less than 1 percent of whom the surgery went wrong for some ungodly reason. I am sure that most of the time everything goes fine but there is certainly am element of risk (as there is with any operation)
I don’t get why you would even contemplate taking this risk when you can lose weight by changing to a healthy eating plan and regularly exercising. Sure this requires some hard work and commitment but what is wrong with that.
