Lap band and weight loss?

What insurance companies cover weight loss surgery?
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE LAP BAND WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY BUT MY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER IT. I HAVE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELDS I NEED TO KNOW WHICH COMPANY I SHOULD GET A POLICY FROM TO COVER THR COST OF SURERY.
